We are a Veteran-owned startup trucking company based out of Manchester, New Hampshire; about 50 miles from Boston, Massachusetts's. We currently have 2 trucks and drivers, and are looking to add a third. We operate under Landstar's authority as a BCO. That means if you work with us, you gotta be able to qualify for Landstar as a driver. We hire all lower 48, but Northeast is easiest. Competent and professional drivers only, please. We have two dryvans and a reefer so it's primarily no-touch dry freight.

TWO PAY OPTIONS
- Salary starts at 1100/week and 200 of that is tax-free per diem.
OR
-Percentage is 25% of the gross.

HOMETIME
We are fans of the whole 6/7 days out and 2/3 days in model.
Those who stay out longer are looking at a rough 3:1 ratio of 3 weeks out and 1 week in.

EQUIPMENT
- 2014-2016 Kenworth (most likely) with some amenities like a TV and satellite dish, a refrigerator, etc
- Pre-Pass + it's Landstar DOT #s so you'll get the green light more often
-Ungoverned trucks (no speed-demons, please)

REQUIREMENTS
23+ years old
Class A CDL
One year verifiable OTR experience
No DOT-recordable/preventable accident in past 12 months
No serious violations in past 36 months, including reckless driving or careless endangerment

For now it's all load board.

It's a guaranteed 1100 dollar weekly salary, $200 of that is a tax-free per diem.

You're expected to hit a General Revenue Target. With what Freight is paying on the load board that's about 2200 to 2500 miles a week.

If you're home weekly, we'll get you home before you burn up your 70 hours, then you take two or three days, and head out again.
