    Anyone knows if they take lowef experience drivers? got a few months in and want to get into flatbed. thanks in advance. I tried searching but came up short on this answer.

    You would need to talk to recruiting I think for definite answer, but I'm fairly certain they want 1 year as to best of my knowledge they don't have trainers . I have been wrong before though.

    Found the answer buried in their website. 1 year OTR required. From personal experience with them the OTR does not need to be flatbed.

    Per an ATS recruiter:

    You need to be with THE SAME COMPANY at least 1 year to sign on to their 1 year lease -- not just 1 year OTR.

    Also, they will train you how to flatbed; you don't need any experience.
