Best way to be paid? Percentage, by the mile/load or hourly?

    Yea and like I said they are O/O company but they will hire for company men... I had a buddy who worked for them and I don't know the % rate but it was good..

    I agree with you salary is the way to go for an OTR driver as long as the salary is fare. COTC pays salary for OTR starting at 60K per year. I almost left my lease position for them but I make more then that where I am at and am home more often.
