    Me, me me.
Me me me me me me me me.

How many drivers request a home time on Christmas?
How many loads are there to all those locations at that time?

Do planners and dispatchers just come up with these loads on their own?

Get a grip and learn something.
Not everyone that requests something will get it!

Your other post you said you have a year experience; which is it; 7 mos. or 12 mos.
    Which company are you with?
Thomas E. Keller Trucking in Defiance, OH might hire you right now. Hope that's not the one you're with now.
Meiborg Bros. Inc. might hire you right now.

    Me too.

What if you tell them that you can not run that load safely in that time frame?

    CruzControhl Thanks this.

Yes, the dispatchers need to get home and build a snowperson in the yard.

Im now a fleet manager/load planner/dispatcher for a small fleet of 30 trucks. I asked every one of my drivers if they wanted to be home for Christmas or if they wanted to run. All but 1 chose to go home for the holiday. I had every single one home by friday evening/saturday morning (all off until Wednesday). It is not difficult to get a driver where they need to be on a certain day, especially a holiday. Dont let them tell you otherwise. These people are taking advantage of you or are lazy or simply dont care (most likely a combination of all 3).
