Wrong forum I’m sure. But maybe someone with knowledge can help. I’m installing new Pioneer FM in 2000 Freightliner. Radio has a remote. Instructions say to hook blue/white wire to the auto-antenna relay control terminal. I’m wondering if my Truck has an AARC terminal. It also says I can buy a hard wired remote control adapter and just plug it in the back. I’m guessing I need to buy the adapter. Anyone know anything about that stuff? Thanks any info appreciated

On cars..I get the scosche wire harness at Wally World for $8.95. One end is "color coded" to match existing wires on radio& other side wires match factory dash wiring.Makes installation easy &gives extra wire length..for stripping wires.Even have filler you can buy to take up extra space to cover opening in dashes.
