Every time I get sick I try to roll a diet right after lol. Like jump starting eating healthy.

Gatorade is sugar first and electrolytes last. The main electrolytes are sodium, potassium, and magnesium. How much does Gatorade have? Almost zero.

First pic is Gatorade. Second zip fizz.

Pediasure is best for replacing electrolytes....ecoli takes around 72 hrs to "incubate".......salmonella- much less.....

    Nope.
That’s why I eat Mexican. The smaller rundown places the better.
As the old saying goes, when in Rome............

Use to be a Mexican woman who sold burritos out of her old pickup at the truck stop at Anthony New Mexico. They looked like little wrapped up babies. Always bought about four of them. Ate them all the way to California! No problem.

Last week I think I had a mild or case of food poisoning but I'm not 100% sure because it went pretty fast. I was down about 12hrs before I felt ok to drive again..

That was the 1st time I've had it happen on the road and lucky it was not bad. I did get a bad cold last year in Indianapolis and stayed at that TA out west on 70 for 3 days. Actually watched a truck burn to the ground my 1st night there was scary #### because the parking lot was iced over and trucks were having a hard time moving away.

Both times I've had food poisoning it came from Arbys..

    Anyway hope it passes fast.

Lately I've used activated charcoal. It works great with all sorts of issues like food poisoning, diarrhea, and stomach flu.

I also like anything with ginger in it. Canada Dry for instance, it so by Walmart and get some kombucha with ginger and lemon. Great for a sick tummy.

I recently had the stomach flu and the activated charcoal saved my butt. I kept on driving and never had to rush to the bathroom I just took 4 capsules as soon as I started feeling nauseous thinking that's what it might be.
