I hear you on that. I am pretty much retarded and I just finalized my S Corp and the operating Authority is a week out or so.

If you don’t have $60-100k for down payments and operating expenses don’t even try. This isn’t a poor mans game and these shops will eat you alive.
If I was to do it again I may of stayed at the propane company. Great pay and bennies. But owning your own truck and pulling your own loads is a good feeling. Been over ten years since I tried this. The difference is I didn’t go cheap. Time will tell. Hope it works out for you and I pray it will pay off for me.

My truck is paid for and due to it's age and value, I need $30,000.00 minimum in my account at any one time. Over that is gravy for me. Now for personal, there's more for savings, like 6 month's minimum.
