That's nice. We gotta hold the shippers to the actual legal numbers. Not what the state will allow you to get away with. And really no excuse for 38000lbs on the trailer with only a 42000lbs load.

how is it anyway legal to force someone to use a good or service that you yourself control the pricing on? Then punish them for not using it....

 

They don't understand that trucking isn't just eat the extrs of tolls. It's going passed right down to the consumer. So, the more costs they add to trucks, the more they pay for goods at the store.
