    I seen a lot of threads for LTL and FTL for XPO drivers being underpay. It is even worse for last mile, they only use owner operators because to avoid taxes reasons and even worse the weekly settlement are pennies and nickels. Majority of new drivers or secondary drivers for last mile XPO has no awareness and educated about safety compliances. The labor and time they work for is not equal the rate they sign in their contract. They will be eXPOsed for their greediness.

    I drive LTL for XPO. I don't know about the other sides of the company, but I can say that the LTL side for drivers has been pretty good to me. Our barn is non-union, but the wages, benefits and job description are very similar to those of other major LTL carriers, i.e. Fed-ex, Old Dominion, Saia, Estes, UPS Freight, etc...
    I have been with them 4 years and don't see myself voluntarily leaving anytime soon.... To each his own, I guess...

    Maybe your problems are XPOnentially bad because you're a 1099.
    Company drivers have it pretty good.
    Gotta take the good with the bad, hoss.
    And no more XPOses.

    I am not the owner operator, just stating 10 drivers had left this company under a year. XPO gave false promises about giving increase rate which never happen for veteran drivers.
