    It all depends on the company AND the terminal. I can say I worked for a small company in CT that was based out of Long Island and I was a p/d driver. I averaged 50 hours a week around 8am to 6pm. Overall not a bad gig but didn't pay OT til after 50. Easy freight though 90% of the freight was light corrugate (shipping supplies)...

    I worked Mon - Fri and made 20.25/hr after a few years. Pretty fair shake overall but now I'm in FL and things are way different down here.

    It would be nice for everyone to chime in and mention the company they work for and the terminal...nothing to be worried about. Company I worked for was called J.P Express.
