I don't think you will regret it!
Crusader66 Thanks this. -
Don’t think I will either, I read and research quite a bit before I make a move. I worked for Hill Bros years ago and loaded and unloaded right next to FCC quite a bit, pretty much hauled the same freight and FCC drivers were always a pretty good bunch of guys and girls so it sholund be a great fit for me. Thanks again for any and all reply’s and shared experiences. Safe travels to all.
Crusader66, motocross25 and runningman0661 Thank this. -
The thing I like best about FCC is they are not micromanaging you and they are not big brother checking up on you. At other companies, they are monitoring your speed, checking up on your cell phone usage ready to fire you if you violate policy. I feel like here, at FCC, they really TRUST us! A great culture!
Elg1968, runningman0661 and Crusader66 Thank this. -
Do they have driver facing cameras?
Crusader66 Thanks this. -
No. They taped over the drivers view. Just the forward facing view on the road! They do govern company trucks at 65 and they are picky about who they hire. If you get on, you are trusted!
Crusader66 Thanks this. -
Alas, we did NOT make it on the top 20 BEST FLEETS TO DRIVE FOR IN 2019. After an 8 consecutive year run, we didn't make the list this year. 2011 was the last time FCC didn't make the list. Guess we have to try harder next year!
