Got my number for the shower... there were 9 people before me... so I came back to truck and did some things but gotta go back and see if I can finally take my shower... Later....

Well, as I've said before, "Tired truckers do stupid $#!t".

This tired trucker did something stupid yesterday.......

Was coming out of the gate at my pickup point, cut the corner short, and the trailer tried to take the fence with us.

Scraped and dented the polished cladding on the tank, and bent their gate so bad I couldn't close it.

Called dispatch, and they were nice enough to ask if I was okay first. Then, was the tank leaking? (No). Then they called the on-call guy for the facility, "Thanks for reporting it, we'll handle it in the morning".

TM said, "Hey, stuff happens". But there goes my safety bonus for the next two months. Probably be some paperwork, too.

I remember now you were at the CG yard by Exit 1. I've never been in Crabtowne. I'll have to check it out now. We get our crabs from a friend over in Easton that's a crabber.
