It says right in the exemption that products are coming from various locations in Oregon so it’s likely being hauled by companies that won’t leave OR anyway. Sounds like it’s mostly the guys running from the dc’s to the stores.

actually they do not have any authority to do that on any interstate trucks or any load or part there of that originated or destined in another state it's up to federal government and you could be ticketed in the next state for hos violation or during a federal audit of your logs ........ I would suggest they will just have to get by on there Starbucks until it melts
