I’ll be a recent CDL School Grad located out of the Southwest Georgia area. I’m interested in Dry Van Dedicated Routes or OTR. Werner is offering me more money but I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews. Any feedback on these two companies? I don’t care about home time, I want my miles.
My options are Schneider and Werner. Any experience with either?

I work for Roehl and consistently drive 3,000 miles a week. Our pay is pretty good also. They now have two pay models and if your on the performance model you can easily make 75,000 or more a year once you reach Gold or Silver Status. I'm going on month 5 on my own and consistently bring home over 1,000 a week
gjb850 and BlueThunderr Thank this.
