Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

Typically they give out something after first review. Been thru it six times. Got a Crete hat, two Shaffer t-shirts, a couple of those cloth briefcases.

Do they do anything different on the reviews? Watch a video, get a summary of your miles, fill out some online forms. I've only talked to somebody once after the review, otherwise they say hit the road.

 

he just talked to me while crossing off a list then photocopied it and gave it to me and that's it. Also I just got a message claiming can't verify one employment. Shouldn't that be done already?

 

Thats someone in safety that put your review in the file and did a quick check. They found something to do to legitimize their job and keep it around. Happened to me too. Had to get my father-in-law to write a letter saying I had the job and they made him get it notarized.
