Hey folks hope someone can help!
I own an 06 Volvo 780 with d12 engine and Eaton Fuller 10sp auto. For the past few days it seems like it's losing power as if it's not taking fueland I will have to pull over. The truck starts shaking and I can cut it off and let it sit a few minutes and it will run again. Well yesterday the stopping became more frequent. Then it was hard to get it to crank. It would turn over but it would take 3 or 4 times to get it to actually start. I got it to my shop today. Replaced 1 bad battery. That was not the issue. The put the computer on it and it was giving fault codes to 4 of the 6 injectors. 1,3,5&6. Took the cover off and checked the injectors thoroughly no broken springs or cracked cups. Put it all back. Cleared the faults. Went 4 miles and the truck starts the same thing again. Losing power and running rough. Back to the shop. This time it only shows injectors 3 and 6. Cleared those started truck it started the same thing but this time no injector codes. We checked all fuses and all grounds. Made sure all connections on the alternator were tight. Does this sound like an issue anyone has dealt with before. Any help would be appreciated!

Egr deleted epg disabled so guess housing change not getting air in fuel during tests but who knows going down road it loses power at random sometimes for short period but lately runs low power more than normal just like a derate only have about 50 to 60 percent power normal this truck runs with the big dogs but lately makes me want to get under the porch it’s embarrassing

Did you ever figure out your power loss, and what would be the best way to delete your egr? I just started having issues with boost loss that would come and go, and I'm getting a check engine for my egr cooler being blocked up. I've had the egr cooler blockage for a while, a mechanic just put a blocker after the egr cooler to stop it from entering the intake. This could be causing back pressure to my turbo correct? Could damage my turbo in the long run? The turbo boost was randomly dropping down to 10 from around 30 while climbing hills and then going back to normal for a couple days. It was at a constant loss of power (10 psi) for the last 100 miles or so, so now I'm trying to fix all the problems for good as well as I can. I can't find any info on egr del... nowadays. I pulled off the intake to the turbo and it looks good and spins freely, no oil. I just had a PM and my water serperator looks good. Any info on what else it could be would be greatly appreciated. I hope it isn't an injector.
