Check the wires feeding that inverter before loading it up heavy, trucks burn quick.

A microwave will work fine, just make sure you are running the truck while the microwave is on.

    uncleal13 Thanks this.

It's not enough, you will slowly burn up the inverter.

You want something that say supports 2500 watts continious, able to disperse that heat of inverting (Such grammer, bear with me...) and peaks at 3500 while THE.TRUCk.IS.RUNNING. at least 14 to 15 volts to support same. And that the inverter has been installed at your expense to best practices at a dealer of the model truck you are driving. We had ours installed by Freightliner Armarillo on permission from 7 separate officers in FFE which was a great privilege That inverter is still with that tractor if it has not been abused. The reason we did that is two fold. First it's installed very well why ruin it? Second it is a form of tithing or helping out, if a FFE had sleep apnea in Memphis and needed a big inverter a while, then we are happy. (Not particularly about the CPAP thing but at least it's there.)

I think it was 200+ to get it, 300 to put it in properly and another 100 for geegaws to help support the #### thing when it's working hard (Remember it makes heat and if you cannot vent that fast enough guess what? You are stewing it until it dies.

I was just curious what I could use with it as it's the first time I seen a 1200 lvd inverter
