@nasriza Yes, those are codes for that, I attached DTC readout in previous post. I didn't make it anywhere. I had luck that I stopped not far away from that dealership to check what is going on. After diagnostics mechanic noticed big oil/diesel leak under my truck. Due to 6th injector failure it was pouring diesel in engine oil... They opened valve cover right away in front of me... I got estimate but its still not done, because they found more problems when they started inspecting everything. I can't believe that I have all this codes because I had problem with DEF heater, and I made 42000 miles in 3 months and 15 days without any problems until I leave my truck there. Also if anyone knows any willing licensed mechanic to write me his opinion on this case, what procedures were wrong from beginning (on 1st DTC readout it was obvious that DEF heater was not working) I am willing to pay for that service, just PM me here. I need that to attach like proof so I can start my legal rights. Also I have one local guy who lives in Hagerstown and he was ripped off last year in July with similar case like me but he payed much more for it. I will post documentation when I get it. This is my estimate but its not done, new one is coming on Monday... 20190202_120006.jpg 20190202_120111.jpg

@nasriza Yesterday warranty approved to cover turbo, but Injector failure I need to pay. Waiting for call from service to see what's happening.

Unfortunately for me, @nasriza was right for diagnosing what happen to truck, and after speaking with service shop and troubleshooting cause for all problems after they replaced turbo and 6th injector. Thank you one more for helping me in this chaos. Some info...

"PULLED TRUCK IN SHOP. FOUND TRUCK PUSHING OIL OUT OF BLOW BY TUBE. HOOKED UP LAPTOP AND FOUND CODES FOR INJECTOR 6 OUT OF CALIBRATION AND VGT ACTUATOR. PERFORMED TURBO VGT ACTUATOR TEST AND FOUND TURBO FAILED FOR SLOW RESPONSE. DRAINED COOLANT AND PULLED VALVE COVER. REMOVED ROCKER ARM ASSEMBLY AND PULLED INJECTORS. PERFORMED COMPRESSION CHECK. FOUND LOW COMPRESSION ON CYLINDER 6. REMOVED CAC PIPES, TURBO, INTAKE MANIFOLD, UPPER REAR COVER, TIMING PLATE BOLTS, CAM GEAR, IDLER GEAR, AND CAM. REMOVED HEAD BOLTS AND HEAD. FOUND INTAKE SIDE EXHAUST VALVE FOR CYLINDER 6 BURNT AND BROKEN AND INTAKE VALVE DAMAGED DUE TO DEBRIS FROM BURNT, BROKEN VALVE. FOUND PISTON HEAD DAMAGED BECAUSE OF DEBRIS OF BROKEN, BURNT VALVE THAT MADE CONTACT WITH PISTON HEAD WHILE ENGINE WAS RUNNING.

I RECOMMEND TO REPLACE CYLINDER HEAD AND GASKET, PISTON #6, PISTON ROD #6, AND ROD BEARING."

Also bad news is that the piston is not in stock anywhere.

The parts we need will be coming from the factory, This is no way to receive Genuine Volvo parts before March 25th per Volvo."

I wonder if this has anything to do with timing?

I remember certain engines were able to if the timing belt or chain failed have the valves remain open inside the piston's area of operation and thus destroying itself in pretty short order.

Probably not as this seems to be isolated to just one cylinder. You would think you want to visually examine the rest of them...

The valve broke that is what damaged the cylinder. It is isolated to one main d13 failure very common
