Replaced oil pump, checked pickup tube for cracks, replaced complete oil filter housing still no oil pressure even over filled with engine oil to make sure I didn't miss a crack in the pickup tube, anyone have this problem before?

Where are you checking oil pressure? Factory gauge? Sounds like you threw a bucnch of parts at it without hooking up a different gauge to the side of the block. There’s a lot of ways you can see if you have oil psi. One quick way is to unscrew your oil filter a few turns and see if oil shoots out all over the sides of it.

    Heavyd and AModelCat Thank this.

Before I changed any parts I pull the oil feed line off the compressor and checked to see if anything was coming out.

Hmm, those do not have oil lines feeding the air compressor, direct oil feed through the block.

Well this line comes out of the block tied in with the oil pressure switch going to the bottom of the compressor in a #4 hose

Ok, you probably have Maxxforce DT,9 or 10 series.

Unscrew oil filter 3 or 4 turns so it’s completed unseated. Have some start up truck while you watch. Yeah it will be a mess but you will sure as hell know you have oil pressure and then you can be done with this and no for sure. How bout it @Heavyd
