Hi drivers.
I’m new here; been looking at different companies.
How’s the pay and benefits with CFI for a driver with 4 years experience?
I’ve been considering CFI and I’ve been reading many of all the past posts on this thread from the past few years. It looks like most new drivers that started with CFI have all bailed from the company rather quickly, and I have to admit, this seems a little concerning.
Is CFI a decent company to drive for?

Is the pay good is kind of subjective. What's good for me may not seem that good to you. Pay scales are published. I run a pretty consistent 10000 mil per month. Safety bonus every quarter. Scale on that changes based on experience too. I'm getting about $1500 per year.
Get a hazmat load now and then. Extra 3 cents per mile. A northeast run now and then 5 cents per mile.
Been to long island once, Queens once, most of our northeast is PA to VA.
That's about all I can tell ya. Welcome to the thread! -

Well boys and girls, the West Memphis yard is not quite riverfront but it is definitely Riverview!
Serious flooding down here.
My five-hour load took 10 hours to unload so I was right, that grocery warehouse sucks.
Off to Plainview Indiana in the morning.paul_4lp Thanks this.
