CFI Driver's What's Your 20? (2017 edition)

That figures. 10 hours. Dang!!!!!!!!

 

Short day went Broken Bow Columbus, KCMO relayed to driver going to 4 oaks. Load plan was dh home. Parking kc flying home.

 

Cfi is a decent company. First time drivers leave otr no matter where. Look for the trucks with stars on the fenders. Not sure the percentage of million mile drivers. Not all drivers choose to advertise years or their million miles.

 

73 degrees in Doha, Qatar partaking in a cool beverage. Headed home tomorrow for a few days then back on the road for a few weeks.

 

So, you still suck....definitely needing warm temps And some adult beverages.

 

I keep seeing these posts about snow. I haven’t seen any...

 

Graduated CDL school, testing tomorrow @ 0800. When I pass, I’m off to Taylor, MI. Then going home for a few days after orientation.

 

Congrats...you'll be testing every day from now on. Failure has much bigger consequences than the DMV test. Failure is not an option.

You'll do fine.

 

When you get the CDL, you will graduate from wanna be to baby trucker. When you get upgraded by your finisher we change your status to driver. Unless we catch you leaving trailers with bad lights or tires. Then we change your status to steering wheel holder.

Picked up a loaded trailer near Nashville yeasterday at a drop yard. Driver leaves the bills in the nose box. Apparently closing the nose box was too confusing. The bills were soaked from the rain. That was a steering wheel holder.

 

Did I read that right? Orientation in Taylor?
