    $3500 or so. most of my equipment was new and some used. after a year it's paid off .

    Yes....... they don’t want the company guys selling stuff off, or abusing stuff . They figure you’ll take better care of it if you own it.....

    One thing about Prime is they are big on incentives to stay. Yes, purchasing your own flat gear as a company driver sucked but they pay 80 per tarp job to company drivers to it more than makes up for it especially once you get your gear paid off.
