A good hand, can be worth up to $30, often more per hour.
The funny thing is... You'll go through 50 folks that aint worth $10, before you find one that is worth the $30.
Most folks that won't get out of bed for $20.... usually aint worth the $10.

HD and Lowe’s have had a few part time ads running, this is from the store delivery, 19 to start, full time is paying 22 to start.

Where I’m at now, na, $20/hr min.
As stated, if it’s a low cost of living area and at or above average for the area, might not be too bad.PoleCrusher and cke Thank this. -
Just look at it this way, you're getting paid to get experience. Work hard and ask a lot of questions. Once you get it, ask for more money, if you don't get it move on, the more experience you have, more skills make you more valuable. Good luck and be safe. If you're not sure, ask questions.

Wow, more power to anyone who wants that.
Being home long enough to sleep in your own bed at home is nice and all. But I decided that even at $28/hour for a LTL it wasn't worth the headache and the pay cut. -
I would go LTL before I took a $17 an hour job. Most all the LTL start at $23 minimum for local work.
