    If you are 1099.
You're pretty much up "######'s" creek
the board of labor will not help you because you're not an employee your a contractor.
You can hire a lawyer but a lot of times most shady 1099 deals don't have much documentation "paperwork."
I've been there and done that, and bought a bumper sticker. Basically it's just your turn in the barrel.
Never work for somebody under 1099!!!!!
    Good luck unfortunate one

Small claim court. File the claim for amount they underpay plus court fee. Have you logbook and payment stubs ready.

That's another good thing about ELDs when you leave the job you no longer have access to your logs.
Don't ever work for a trucking outfit or an owner-operator under 1099 it's a very very bad decision!

But you can always email your daily log to yourself or request a copy of from ELOG vendor. If it was altered in some way the traces stored. From this point criminal investigation starts.
