Goto local labor board file a claim overnot being paid. Can you prove you worked these miles? Time cards or logbook? Dispatch paperwork or bol?

If you are 1099.
You're pretty much up "######'s" creek
the board of labor will not help you because you're not an employee your a contractor.
You can hire a lawyer but a lot of times most shady 1099 deals don't have much documentation "paperwork."
I've been there and done that, and bought a bumper sticker. Basically it's just your turn in the barrel.
Never work for somebody under 1099!!!!!
Good luck unfortunate one3noses Thanks this. -
Small claim court. File the claim for amount they underpay plus court fee. Have you logbook and payment stubs ready.
