I said we need to unite and everyone is complaining and going off in different directions.
If..truckers...were...united...in a union type group...we could....tell DOT to kick rocks, demand higher pay And get the respect we deserve.
Who wouldnt want that?? All of u We are all on the same side! We r on the same team! If u had the same courtesy in uniting as when u flash so.eone over or flash a thank u...

The whole industry is flecing the drivers.
I too am looking for other options.

The brokers, mega company's, insurance companies, lawyers, DOT, DMV, oil companies you name it all have an interest in working over, or taking advantage of the drivers.

They built parts to fail and make rules incompatible of following. They all have 1 thing in common,

They can't drive the truck them selves and anyone that is paid well(at least that what they think) should be worked over.

I'd like to add one more part and that is sometimes they very worse enemy is the other fellow truck driver.

There’s nothing stopping anyone from trying to get a union job now.

And it’s illegal for owner operators to have a “union-type” group.

Weird. Are you saying the drivers who can always be counted on to get the job done and save an account make more money than the ones who don't?!?

Exactly. So to the top brass folks think: "why pay them like they are special?"

It's a competitive business. If you can't show folks that you are better than the rest, you're not going to get paid. No loyalty, always complaining, has a laundry list of "I-Don't-go/I-won't-do" and then cries about how Johnny makes more money than him so Johnny must be a butt kisser.
