Because your post was vague. Usually it’s either Zionsville or Tucker where drivers have issues(maybe once in a blue moon,Laredo if they get you in the shop).
1st time I’ve heard of Edwardsville screwing up. Did you inspect the truck before taking it out? The shop does give you a checklist to go through that your hand into the shop foreman before you either take the truck out, or refuse the truck. With the tire issues alone I would’ve refused the truck and tell them either replace the tires or find another that’s DOT compliant.
