Stay away from this company! They are located 2505 suite B Sacramento California! Illegal Driving! I was forced to drive across country from California to sometimes Connecticut and various other places on the eastcoast! Every load is a team load given to solo drivers, if you don’t get there on time your fined half of your pay! The company / owner HAPPY will say the company/broker is charging him 6 or $700 hundred dollars which leaves you with nothing for your work / load! None of this is in contract or the application when you sign up to go to work there! Majority of the drivers are DRUGGIES I have pictures of drivers on drugs using drugs all while operating a commercial vehicle! I have been asked to commit illegal acts such as, fixing other drivers logs while they are stopped/pulled over by DOT! I was even told to remove a truck from a weight station that had been placed out of service due to the drivers liscense being suspended! Drivers still drive here with suspended liscense! Most of the time they are placed on a truck with drivers like me with valid liscense until they get caught! Then the owner acts as if he has NO KNOWLEDGE I AM CALLING POLICE AS WE SPEAK ILL BE BACK TO FINISH REPORT

Yeah, how big was the firearm that they obviously pointed at you to make you do those dastardly things?

Ya know, Frank, I never thought of that! That is a definite possibility.
OP, were you confused when driving? Did you feel that they were trying to get you to lease a truck? Did it go away, when you hit the kill switch? Have you ever been close to a Swift shop?

Frank, I think you're on to something!

The truck at the weigh station would not be placed out of service if the driver has no license. The driver is OOS, but the truck can leave.
