Interesting bike. Not sure how much of a demand there is though?

 

Low and they know it; they're only available as special order, not dealer stock.

 

Makes sense. I have a piaggio 400 mp3 and like it for running errands and picking up parts. I would never have bought it new. The Yamaha loses the advantages of a 3 wheel scooter to me. Although the front grip would be incredible. The Piaggio is very impressive and super stable on any surface or weather type.

 

That is what they are shooting for; increase the front contact patch. It is not targeted to the beginner segment. I haven't ridden it (nor the Piaggio), but would like to.
