Well after going for my road test we couldn't take it because of the trailer lights not working so we had to wait a little while longer to take my test. Then went to Clearfield, PA and took my test and now I'm officially a Class A driver!
Goin out to look locally check back in later

Thanks! Now I just have to deal with the USIS on my dispute
that they have sent everyone that I had a record! I got my Pennsylvania record saying Im clean from everything like having a record and stuff so now Im hoping the people that refused me will maybe consider me but they probably threw my app out the door.
USIS told me that the process for updating their records will take until April 9th and I've called them many of times to get a rush on it because I'm trying to find work.
Rick G was it wise to do that? Im in a bid here! -
You can fax the paperwork showing a clear record to potential employers . I don't know what you have but there are services where you can do a background check on yourself and send out copies of the results . I wonder if anybody has ever sued USIS for lost wages due to false information ?
billh Thanks this. -
I had everything sent over to them March 5th and I've talk to a woman saying that she will change what is said on their end to say I guess that I'm not a felon. She was very cooperative and even gave me her direct line to keep in touch with her. I was really surprised because everytime that I called they would send me to someone else and then I would get voice mails. I wonder the same thing about suing them for lost wages! I know that when it comes down to false info and me not getting hired it may be a thought! I did get copies to send to potential employers for around here locally so that I can get my foot in the door somewhere and today I did a road test with a company and passed and the employer said next week I go in to get drug tested so so far so good.Last edited: Mar 27, 2009

Just a suggestion, if you don't mind running sideload, or OFS, until a bulk position opens, check the CokeCCE website. Just google it. They have many opening in your state, and you just apply online. 5 minutes on an application, could get you an interview, and experiance.
If you ever get a differed sentence for anything always get a copy of the case record showing it has been satified. Call your local diversion office. The courts like to hold out on giving you credit for the things you needed to satify. Don't trust them.
Good luck,billh Thanks this.
