You got the old truck because you can shift.
Last company I worked for did the same thing. New kids got the new truck because they can't shift and new trucks are automatic.
One kid was afraid to go to the mountains and I had to take the load.
One turned onto a dirt road and got stuck. Their navgo told me the same and I knew better.
Why do companies cater so much to new drivers?
