this truck is a 2000, walton milk hauling truck 44. it has the old school C15 pre-acert. the engine was overhauled not that long ago. it has less then 100K on a full rebuild. this last summer they just put new wheels and tires, a repaint, grill..... pretty much anything that was worn out was replaced. i think my boss decided to keep it because of the engine overhaul. lately he hasnt been rebuilding too many trucks, just trading them in when they major work. guys in the shop say this truck is 550 hp, i would have to believe them. it pulls very nicely. yes, i drove with a sleeper today, but i didnt sleep in the truck lol..... it does make it a little more challenging getting in some of the farm driveways, some of them are tight..... but a i adapted fast.

truck 84, the T880 day cab i normally drive had to go to kenworth. it was throwing a knock sensor code and then threw a SRC?????? alert (a yellow alert on the LCD). i called the shop and they told me the would bring me another truck..... the brought me truck 44. my truck was fixed today and i will be back in it tomorrow.

gotta say i loved driving 44.

SD120 basically a heavy duty fld 120. Severe duty is what sd stands for iirc

i was really impressed with how it rode, and how it pulled. i pulled some pretty good hills without downshifting..... oh and i love that turbo whistle. that MX13 doesnt have the torque of a C15 pre-acert. not even close

Frieghtshaker made some sweet trucks I drove a classic for 3yrs,it was a 99, 12.7 DD, 275" whlbase, condo sleeper, only drove one truck nicer, a 95' W9, nothing like 8 bag airride. The Truck I have now is a 94' T600, 315"whlbase, 127"sleeper, double frame, front to back, weighs 25k by itself, need to get rid of the sleeper, anyone want to trade, I'm looking for the old style KW aero.

I drove a c15 acert for 13 years. Switched jobs and drive a 500 paccar, that got sent to Kenworth for a few days so they gave me a 550 red motor.
15 liters are more fun than 13...

Meh,,ok, I guess, too generic a truck for me. Never liked that Frightliner[sic] dash. I will admit, that setback axle does help in getting around.

The paccar claims 500 hp but they don't have the torque
