Thank you for pointing this out. I directly attribute this to the quality of drivers that we hire. I set the bar pretty high, and I am seeking people that are truly professional, not just the ones that sit under that sign at the TA restaurant counter. If your DAC and PSP are a train wreck with accidents and violations, better to seek life elsewhere.

McUzi and Veteran driver Thank this.

Still trying, eh Dale? Nothing better to do than stir the pot? Was there a specific part I should remove, or are you still just disgruntled with life in general?

It says 1800-2200 miles a week. So what exactly is the driver doing for most there time. Waiting for loads in aaTS someplace that will pay enuf or they waiting at shiiper/receivers a lot?

Hopefully not too much sitting at shippers/receivers! But we have little control over that other than trying to avoid that location in the future. If you do get stuck, it's $25 an hour after the first two. Pretty vanilla.

Sometimes you will wait in the TS for a load, but our runs are mostly short so the majority of the time that you are sitting in TS is probably because you only needed to run 350 miles that day. I rarely book loads over 500 miles. Don't need too. I don't have any 130,000 mile per year trucks in my fleet of 13. Again, don't need too.
