How to establish residency in another state

Rent a space at the cheapest RV lot monthly.

Negotiate a better price since utilities won't be used.

Will have your own mailbox and lease paperwork of sorts plus a nice place to park from time to time.

Good place to leave personal vehicle as well and both will probably fit in a standard size lot.

Plenty of cheap RV parks in TX and NV for sure. Bonus points for actually having an RV as well.

Most state dmv and even banks no longer accept ups address.
Best bet is escapee RV club, and you need something long term for license renewal or upgrade. They will forward your mail and even scan it to your phone.
