That all sounds terrific. My biggest reservation at this point would be getting stuck with night shifts, possibly for years, at this point in my life/career. I'm one of those people that sees night driving, especially in bad weather, as way less safe than day driving.

After the hour it took to get the Dr.s keys; it would take another hour -or- so to get housekeeping out to clean up the concrete.
Mercedes, like Harleys, mark their spot. You can't off load O2 over asphalt as any contact with oil is an explosion; that's the reason for the concrete pad in the first place! At least once a week I had to threaten to pull the truck to get the housekeeping supervisor to send someone out with detergent and a mop.
Mother Cabrini Hospital was the exception; Carbonic's dispatcher screwed up and sent one at night.
High rise hospital adjacent to a Manhattan high rise apartment and the hookup was at the end of an alley between the two buildings ending with a little overhead shelter.
Rainy summer night. PTO driven 440V alternator to power the cyro pump, had to pull the throttle out ALL the way and let the dog bark.
The driver was standing under the overhead and he leaned out to check the gauges in the bucket box and leaned back under cover JUST in time to miss the garbage bag bomb from the apartment building.
I'd bet it would have killed or done serious damage to the driver.LilRedRidingHood, Another Canadian driver, Ke6gwf and 4 others Thank this. -

I called the general manager and told him the situation on the Monday before. The GM told me it was no problem, that they just wanted my benefits to start right away in April. Just come in on Monday the 1st. Honestly, with that I’m walking in on Monday quite impressed! Now, I’ll probably walk in with ChickFilla breakfast bites to show my appreciation!!!LilRedRidingHood, Another Canadian driver and speedyk Thank this. -
