The way WM has them setup, they are very doggy and have manual mode locked out. You still have intermittent manual shifting, but it feels to be about a 2 second delay on the throttle ramp when shifting. Just drove my first one here at WM today and they have neutered an otherwise solid autoshift.

Our autos don't have the manual shift locked. I enjoyed the one i had last week. Hopefully they keep most like that.

I'm in one for the first time this week. This thing wouldn't pull a greasy string out of a hogs XXX. Manual mode is locked but you can still shift yourself in the auto mode if the computer says it's ok. Starts out in first every time but you can change it to 3rd if you remember to do it at every red light. It will skip as many gears as it thinks it can on its own so it's always lugging. Getting on the interstate with a heavy load is a real adventure. Neutered is an understatement.
