This thread has a good topic regarding "outlaw trucking" and if someone else searches the web for it then this thread will likely come up as a result. Yes, the OP is likely finished and doesn't require any more information but this thread is in the "archive/index/history/whatever". It isn't all about the OP anymore.

You found it for a reason right? searching for something? I doubt you will be the last.

I don't get the anti-necro crowd sometimes. Is it practical to start a new thread and wait days-weeks to information/solutions to roll in, again, and again? Posting a different solution/opinion to an existing thread just makes it easier for the next person doing research.

 

What is an 'outlaw' trucker? Is she joking? Truckers are hard working people not criminals.

Ive a couple, but they are really humdrum. The actual doing was more of a pain than anything really outrageous. A fast truck, piles of logs and or not knowing anything about the trailer does not a outlaw make.

However in parts of the USA certain areas were alive with DOT and if it was the difference between OOS or a ontime delivery yet again, picking that one remaining lawful route through was a form of stratego, or chess.

If I was to make a poster about it it would be something from the UK war ones.

Keep Calm and continue breaking the law.

Lot lizards rarely look this good, if they did it's the Law undercover.

However Ive run into a few exceptions to that rule in my time. They really shouldn't do that kind of livelihood.
