    Most often neglected overhead.
Valve can't seat fully and gets burnt quickly.

I just want to close this post with some more info. Overhauling is done, and I am not so happy how this job was done because when i came to pick up the truck I had check engine light for coolant level sensor, they fix it right away, after 8 miles driving to Pilot i got 3 more codes(1 DEF doser valve SPN 5394 FMI 17, and 2 codes for EGR SPN 2659 FMI 18 and SPN 411 FMI 5 ) and I noticed a oil leak under, coming from front side of engine and broken grill. I was guessing that connectors were dirty and I used brake cleaner and compressed air to clean egr elec.connector and problem was fixed. And I took that cleaner for DEF doser valve and cleaned that as well and that code disappeared after some driving. And then i pay attention for work done and I was pissed off, I could lost my bumper and who knows what, I needed whole day to tighten all things that were loosen. Also I needed to change my transmission fluid again because Truck Enterprises Hagerstown didn't change it. I don't believe that this things can happen with Volvo dealership( law suit coming). This is the cost and some pics of job done....

    TrueNorth warranty covered 18,602$
    My bill was 8,933$

That codes for EGR went back EGR SPN 2659 FMI 18 and SPN 411 FMI 5. I took venturi pipe out and found that one hole was clogged for EGR differential pressure sensor, used zip tie to come thru and cable to clean it with brake cleaner. No more codes and now I got better fuel economy but still its not near of that I had when I bought truck and heres why. I stopped at shop where they do overhauling and this is what they found in attachment. Its all caused of that diesel in exhaust system and clogging up all of components(EGR DPF). Also I took another sample of my transmission oil for testing and this is how it looks after almoust 5000 miles. Waiting for results...

I wouldn’t expect an answer from them. They came in here to do the obligatory “Oh, we’re sorry, please call us because we care so much about our customers” b.s. to try to put a better light on their company among the forum members.

It’s a tactic a lot of companies do, you know, because we’re all stupid and believe every word of it. ;)

if you are truly sorry for the bad experience it simple to reach out to him, best way to prove that you are truly sorry is hire better techs and do what it takes to make it right just cuz someone says they can turn a wrench does not mean that they are a tech and can properly diagnose a vehicle, but this being said you are not alone very few dealer offering quality services anymore they just like to charge quality prices. sad but very true.

    My respond:

"This bold was not in my case. Supervisor of that facility was hostile in morning when I tried to get some answers. I payed everything without any questions, and for that amount that I was charged I would expect some answers. And for not changing oil in transmission(maybe even engine oil, I dont know because service shop where I took my truck after your dealership already changed it) is extremely wrong thing that brings me to think all this was sabotage to take money from me and warranty that represent me. I will look for justice, gathering some more paperwork and your dealership will get a notice from my lawyer soon"

I am not a cheap guy. I like to pay for good job. I even leave a tip of 700$ cash for manager and mechanic in shop where they do the overhauling, even job was messy but those guys where polite and they would explain me everything. I hire a lawyer office in downtown Manhattan(when I came in US i was working in night club like bouncer in downtown so I made some connections there, and I know where and what to look and ask for), they are extremely expensive but I dont care because I know they are professionals and they will do it right. I am waiting now for another oil sample tests and I need to go to psychologists to get documentation from there and somebody to count my grair hair. I will keep you posted also what will happen on court.
