I don't think it's ELD. It's 2019 and no one cares about anyone else. It's all about me. They drive the same way on the road.

Right.. I've experimented with the "keep it under 4mph" and it wont trip to drive theory.. thats crawling.

I'd just as soon go the 10mph and get on out of the parking lot.
I'll eat the 2 min loss before I'll do that.

Honestly, when an old man with a cane gives you the finger as he walks around and passes you, something should click.

Combination of ELD time ticking down and automatic transmissions which continue to upshift as long as you have your foot on the go pedal.

Back then everyone had respect and those that didn’t have it are the ones who couldn’t shift well enough to even get up to speed.. now everyone has automatics they just pin their foot down!

Can’t count how Many times I’ve seen a Volvo almost lift the front wheel off the ground leaving the fuel island.

Edit: had this same discussion with some friends so yeah this was a thing that started happening with the autos and new drivers now days

The only time SWIFT trucks go over the speed limit is in truck stops.
