    i'd vote no. it's a slap in the face to everybody who took a 15% paycut.

    So you would vote no if you had the chance or you will be voting no ?

    I think these guys are willing to accept this agreement based on keeping a solid customer base , even though they didn't get back all of their retirement fund , the elite are still keeping a descent portion

    Some interesting stuff beyond the money, MOU's go away and DFC's are not going to happen. YRC probably wouldn't spend on the latter anyway.

    The sad part is how a dollar is 4.5%.
