I moved to Nevada a year ago and no regrets; love it here. Great weather and no personal income or food taxes. Lots of truckers are moving here because of the lower cost of living and plentiful trucking jobs.

Hello Chinatown, I've been reading this forum and you seem extremely helpful. Do you know any trucking companies that are hiring regional or local in Las Vegas and allow for an automatic restriction on your CDL? Just finished my first year with US Xpress, thinking about relocating either to Las Vegas or somewhere in Texas, and they don't have anything available in Vegas. I don't want to do the traditional OTR anymore and would rather something that gets me home daily or weekly. I have tanker and hazmat, but of course the automatic restriction makes it a bit more challenging.

Yes sir, I have tanker/Hazmat and doubles/triples, although I never pulled either. Just did dry van with US Xpress. And than you so much for those leads, gonna start making some calls!
