well I have cameras and anti collision stuff installed a trucker cut me off for no reason I did nothing to him literally he left me a couple feet like I couldn’t see his license plate it was ridiculous and best part he didn’t even use his turn signal!! Well my camera went off now I have to go to the yard for some retraining because I had cruise control on and it didn’t slow down and neither did I mainly I was pissed like wtf dude your an #######. I’m curious tho is that illegal for truckers to do? Is it really my fault? If #### hit the roof I get where company is coming from like yeah I could have been the better person and slowed down to prevent a collision but seriously they don’t know how often other trucks cut me off for no reason I do my own thing and have common curtiousy. I don’t cut other truckers off yet they always cut me off. And now I’m in trouble for this crap. Like really!?

As soon as you saw him crossing over, cut the cruise and apply brakes. That way if radar triggers the camera, the system will show you were slowing.

No. Also, you sound like the type of person that drives like an ####### but doesn't realize it. That is probably why you're getting cut off. I might get cut off once a day, and I'm in a slow truck now.

You probably held him up with your governed truck 10 miles no wonder he is raging. But without knowing the real story I don't know what to think. It's normal for rigs to get maybe 10 feet and then come over. That's not cutting off. If they really want to cut me off, they are going to have to endure a proper accident with me and more than likely my personal camera will get the whole thing.

It would be better if the OP opened up more room more often. Failing to do so and staying on the bumper of the one that cut him or her off is just asking for big trouble.

And yeah you guys are right I gotta slow down every time someone is passing me they are more important than me. I’m sorry I was in the wrong. I don’t matter every other trucker is so much more important they are all hauling American government freight.

Just let it go dude. He probably made a mistake, and if he didn’t he’s still ruining your day. Now you’re getting all passive aggressive. Just let it go.

And as others have said. Lift off the accelerator or cancel the cruise for like 2 seconds. Being a professional means acting like one even when the other guy isn’t.
