I'm in the flatbed division and I know it starts out at .45 per mile with 3000 mile weeks being pretty common for me at least. I think but could be wrong that their van/reefer division starts at .40 per mile and their miles are good as well. They also have a decent accessorial pay that helps a lot too. Also an easily achievable .02 quarterly bonus. Give them a call. Their recruiters are honest believe it or not.

It’s understandable. Many are not past sitting at home unemployed spending the last of the $3,000 they won on a scratch off ticket, then developing early signs of a potentially serious health issue, then running out and going back to work for any outfit that provides health insurance day 1 then going to the doctor their first home time arrival.

Go in and DEMAND healthcare or tell them to pound sand. -

People have posted that TMC is a good company, but they are saying benefits 'start right away after the first year.' Haha. That's MUCH longer than other companies.

I go to the doctor for one reason only. I have high blood pressure, and there are federal regulations.
I go once a year to renew my med, but that is all I go in for. And because of the deductible with the great health insurance, I still have to pay for it. What a waste of money, because the meds would not cost much more if I had no insurance at all.
That's ObamaCare for you.
Complaining over 30 or 60 or 90 days before you can suck off it?
What is the point if you have even decent health? -
laaylor Thanks this.
