    My brother witnessed a trucker drop down from I-40 down to Garth Brooks Blvd (exit 136 in Yukon, OK). Middle if the night eastbound and the driver just drove into the median and down he went. Helluva drop.

    Because someone mentioned that the load has slid forward, I noticed that he didn't have the two required straps within the 1st 10 ft. Then I got to looking. Yes he did........ & they broke. Both front straps are visible on the rub rail, then hanging down to the ground at the drive tires.
