I show up at 1400 for a 1700 appointment. Come back closer to your appointment time. OK

Come back at 1630. Put me right in a door. It’s 1737.Haven’t even put the dock plate down. But I’m latched onto the building. Safety first for nothing going on.

Must be shift change. Got 3 LTL guys hanging out as well. IMO shift change isn’t a good reason to not load. If you set appointments at shift change, stagger the swap times so there is always a few loaders.

So you’ve been there almost 24 hours? You came back at 1630, then say it’s 1537......

This is a one way in one way out facility. They do most of the loading in the 6-7 doors you pass to go check in. Makes sense.

I also find it funny I’m picking up a load of something very few people like or want LOL

Update: dock plate is down. Not being used, but it’s down. Maybe I should see if they need help understanding the loaded forklift goes over that ramp into the trailer.

Now I’m just getting stupid. This day is throughly shot in the keister

Talked to the shipping clerk. Guy on radio says sorry they got slammed. o_O

Yes. Slammed by loading/unloading everyone but me.

Bathroom is nice. Toilet isn’t powerful enough.
