I heard this second hand, but from a pretty reputable source.
An OO that I know had his pete go down, and went to or was towed to the dealer in Canada. He had deleted everything, but they had to put everything back to original before they would even work on it.?
I do not know if he was still under warranty or not, but I tend to think it was out of warranty.

I do know of some here that has put theirs back to original to take them for warranty work.

I do believe that an emissions delete is technically illegal. Therefore, a dealer wouldnt touch it, or at least wouldnt let it out the door with a delete.

    That’s true.....

Some dealerships will do that ....... also they will update your ecm to the latest updates . So if you have a custom tune without a delete your screwed . They go right over it . And the custom tune is gone.

Best thing to do is ask the service manager before you let them work on it. If he isn’t agreeable tow it somewhere else....

Yes it is illegal so if you go into the dealer with a delete more than likely they will not work on it unless you get them to reprogram it which is not cheap.

I do not think so, and the reason I say that is the legal max for wheelbase in BC is 244, and a lot of the OO's That ever want to pull oversize is screwed with all the emission crap, they can't hardly have big enough fuel tanks to get out of town.
