That is a good little tune! Thanks for sharing. Lot of that Blue Grass gets played in these parts..... especially when we riding tractors around looking for chicks while drinking stump water....:D

I hate sleeping at rest areas that aren't off the highway. That's two nights in a row I got a ####ty sleep. Oh well, after today, I can sleep in if I wanted to (don't think I will).

Looks like another great day. Coolant level is still high and I'm getting tired of waiting for the idiot box to tell me when and when not to work.

2-1/2 hours early! Think that’s a record for me. Anything is better than Seattle rush hour though!

Now i just need to hope I’m in the right spot for the office to get the release papers

Dad could play the fiddle really well.
But he very seldom did. Only song I recall clearly was him playing The Orange Blossom Special.
You folks might know this but I didn't until he told me that the song is written to sound like that locomotive pulling away from a stop to begin the journey and if it's performed correctly you can hear it in the tempo. I don't know but I haven't heard anyone perform it quite the same way he did as far as the beginning of the song and building up the pace like that locomotive.
That joke Grandpa Jones just told in the video about the Woo Woo and the panting of the Train got me thinking about that.
    Y'all have a good day.

SAR, cke, Grubby and 17 others Thank this.
