Welp, that worked out. Made Bucyrus to unload, then Harrow to reload. Only had a 4 hour turn around there, fortunately. Then ended up in London for the night.

What a sunset though!

 

Snyder, TX for the night. Gotta get one more of these Roff-Monahans loads and get back to the house by Friday night. Wife is running the OKC Memorial marathon this weekend. Then it’s more of these transfers next week.

@superhauler you probably don’t know what route you’re taking thru TX yet but I’ve been running 277-180-115 from Wichita Falls to Kermit all week and I like it a heckuvalot better than I-20. Decent roads, not much traffic till ya pass all the sand plants.

I’ll keep my eyes peeled for ya.

@Oxbow i remembered a thread awhile back that mentioned that transmission bracket. Here is superhauler thoughts on it.

If it were my truck I would install the spring type you talked about. Just my opinion.

They wouldn't of put it there if not needed. Since you have a brake saver on it I wouldn't NOT put it back on.
