How long will an at fault accident appear on my DAC?

    Corrections. With psp you file a dataq to dispute information but dac information can be disputed through hireright.

    For the record and to make sure DAC errors are fully understood lets never forget what DAC is. DAC is a service that is used as a repository by the member carriers, along with some other premium content. If there is something wrong in a DAC entry most likely it was taken right from the carrier that way. When you file a dispute they will check with the carrier. You will in almost every situation not get anything changed just because you don't like what is there. This is why I tell people that ask me about this to contact the carrier if they are still in business. DAC just is not going to change a negative that is genuine. The same concept goes with releasing information in general. If it is true it's hard to get a legal remedy.
