hey guys just got off the phone with trainer. Looks like monday will be the day we leave out. mid-morning. My trainer seems like a good guy very thorough, you can tell he's been at it a while. Anyway, Blue I hope you get some answers today. I know the suspense has got to be killing u. Maybe when woody gets done with his student on tuesday he will take u on. I know u would love that..... Gonnabe is leaving out sometime over the weekend as of yesterday evening..Got alot of stuff to get done this weekend before I leave. By the way whats up spanky... If you get a chance and u cathch me online IM your truck number to me I think I know it but I want to be sure so as I can flag you down if I see you out on the road... As I said lots to do this weekend so gotta go for now..

 

I have heard nothing about anybody buying millis not sure where you heard this but i would say it is just a rumor someone started in my opinion. if i hear anything i will let you know though.

 

hang in there blue, jeff, just talked to my trainer going out on sunday morn heading for arkansas.. already have assignment to trip plan...duh get on the highway...lol!!! dont think he has the same sense of humor...yet..am i lying???? lol anyway got to get stuff done here too actually almost packed....lots to do lots to learn and hey spanky good to see ya and thanks for everything.. blue hang in there and let us know what happens on monday...and by the way was ben a figment of our imagination or am i still a rock head???

 

Well thats good spanky! very glad to hear that. My dad was talking to some of his old Roadway buddies and mentioned I was going to be starting at Millis. A couple of those guys told my dad they heard that Werner may be buying Millis or something. I don't know, but I'll take your word for it since you actually work there lol....

 

What do they operate for trucks? All newer equipment?

 

Hey Kc from what Ive read truck should be not more than three years old.But not for sure on that hopefully will find out soon enough.

 

Yeah thats what I think I read somewhere, Freights and KW's. I applied today and from what they lady told me everything looks good. Just have to call back Friday for a date.

 

Kc sorry didnt answer all question looks like the are T-600, T-2000 Kenworths & Century Freightliners.

 

Good luck lve been waiting since march to get packet in the mail for july 27 class in ohio.

 

We dont have the freightliner centuries anymore just the columbia for dedicated and regional trucks and some cascadias for over the road trucks. May have one or two centuries in the schools for training but that would be it.
