"You seem to be 10 minutes before your appt time. You going to make it?"
An explaination. I pull into Galloway after a all night race from the NE to Arkansas NLR Petro. 7 am. My customer is in NLR next to the rail yards off 30 about oh... 12 minutes away. Appt time 8:30 Gulp breakfast takes a hour.
Come back to truck Ronnie Dowdy Dispatcher has lit up my entire satellite filling it is...

Duh, if I called dispatcher it will make load late. If I did anything but move it will be late. If I moved into the traffic it will be late. Logbooks are a total hash, if caught it will be late.
what part of late don't you understand dispatcher.
Turns out the customer was some connection to the Owner so. It's treated as if I am delivering supplies to the white house or something. Super crtical.
And they wait until 20 minutes before 8 to reveal that information to me?

I had a Driver jump in front of Me and another Truck, Monday, apparently he was in a hurry. They told him go to the back of the line. Lol. Still in line when I left. I’m sure he was infuriated. Instead of being 3 rd , he was 10 th. Made my day.
